“That’s All,” the debut album by British duo Twice As Much (Dave Skinner and Andrew Rose), shines with its lush harmonies and “wall of sound” production. Signed to Immediate Records by Andrew Loog Oldham, it opens with their cover of the Rolling Stones’ “Sitting On A Fence.” Released in 1966, this baroque, sunshine pop gem perfectly embodies the spirit of the era.
