Les 2 CD contiennent l'intégralité des enregistrements sonores d'archives des apparitions d'Elvis Presley à la télévision de 1956 à 1960, remastérisés et restaurés. Ils comprennent des interviews ainsi que des performances en direct du "Stage Show" des Dorsey Brothers, de Milton Berle, de Steve Allen et des émissions d'Ed Sullivan. Pour la première fois sur cette édition MRS, contrairement à la version précédente, se trouve un acétate récemment découvert de l'apparition d'Elvis dans l'émission 'Frank Sinatra Timex' en 1960. MRS a pris l'initiative de remasteriser complètement les pistes directement à partir des fichiers de transfert originaux, avec les meilleurs résultats.
